SHIPPING CHARGES — Free to USA ORDERS

We include the cost of shipping to anywhere in United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and to military APO addresses.

  • "United States" means the 50 states in the nation, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico.
  • Territories and protectorates are International orders.

All orders are shipped best method. For continental US orders we try to use UPS Ground. With APO/FPO, PO boxes, or where a special surcharge would apply (e.g., AK, HI, PR), we ship via best-method US Postal Service (USPS).

Email us if you have special shipping needs. We can invoice you for expedited or overnight shipping, or other situations where our ordinary shipping methods don't quite meet your needs.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

We make the flags for each order as receive them. In some cases, we can meet near-term delivery requests. Email us for orders with deadlines or near-term delivery dates, and if we can complete your order, we'll invoice you directly with expected shipping charges and options.

Fast-track orders may include a processing surcharge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We can't offer a flat rate for international orders, due to widely varying rules and regulations. Please email us your Ship-To address if you'd like to order, and we'll let you know how much it will cost to ship to your location. We'll invoice you directly if you decide to place an order.

  • "International" means countries outside the national borders of the United States.
  • International also means such territories and protectorates as Guam, American Samoa, the US Virgin Islands, and other territories associated with the US.

Some countries prohibit importing textile products of any kind. Other countries introduce delivery complications, customs regulations and so forth. We'll get the details and email you.

Orders are shipped only following receipt of payment.

GOOGLE CHECKOUT

Payment transactions are handled via Google Checkout, which offers a fast, secure and easy way to use a credit or credit-debit card. The service is entirely secure, and helps us keep our prices down by using a third-party transaction manager.

PAYPAL

We no longer accept payment via PayPal.

Money Orders and Checks

We do not accept money orders or personal, business, or cashier checks. 

No Credit Card Numbers by Phone

We don't take credit card information over the phone. If you experience problems with Google Checkout, we'll work with you by invoicing directly. In some cases, orders made on corporate computers may be blocked by the company firewalls. An outside computer likely will then work.

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns for any reason other than flags containing a material flaw or due to damage during shipment. In the event of a damaged flag or flags, we will arrange to replace the flag(s) on a per-incident basis.

Please be sure to order the correct item, letters and orientation, and that your banner letters are listed correctly in your order. We will confirm your order before making the flags.

Our product is made in a home-based business and we do not guarantee a totally clean-air manufacturing environment.

This order form produces an invoice that is emailed to you. It does not obligate you to a financial transaction, it is for our mutual convenience only. Note that we examine all orders and will email you to make sure we understand what it is you want to spell.
