Letter "N" with  Rope and End Loop

Here you can see the loop, tied with a classic bowline knot at one end of a horizontal banner. The other end has the same loop, with 5" of rope before the first and last flag. Other flags are separated by a simple overhand knot. Words are separated by 5" of rope.
